Who we are

This site is operated by edvocado® Pte. Ltd., a company in Singapore ("edvocado", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through edvocado.com. Questions about this policy go to we@edvocado.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form — first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
  • Newsletter — email address, given with your opt-in consent.
  • Analytics — anonymised usage statistics (Google Analytics, G-FPXCWE6YJG, with IP anonymisation).

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiries — contact form data is used only for that purpose.
  • To send the newsletter you asked for, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Children's data

The AI Workshop and contact forms are for adults.

Consent and cookies

The site currently sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics runs with IP anonymisation and no advertising features. If marketing cookies or a Meta pixel are added later, an in-flow consent banner with explicit opt-in for non-essential cookies will appear, and this policy will be updated to match.

Who we share data with

  • Google Analytics (GA4, G-FPXCWE6YJG) — usage analytics.
  • Our form processors (Telegram — form forwarding; mail transport and ESP — provider pending decision).
  • Our hosting provider (provider pending decision).

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors that agree to protect it.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your question. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to we@edvocado.com and we will respond within the period the PDPA allows.

We will update this page when our practices change. Significant changes are highlighted on this page for 30 days.
